Phosphorus Removal in Illinois

Deuchler has been assisting clients in Illinois meet phosphorus limits for over 15 years.  The City of Plano, IL was grappling with increasing population and aging infrastructure while discharging to a tributary of an impaired river.  Anti-degradation rules (IAC Title 35, Subtitle C, 302.105) required Plano to remove phosphorus

Our biologist recently completed a fish composition study for the Weck family in Marengo, Illinois. The shoreline and open water area were electrofished on August 6, 2019. The study yielded a total of 97 individual fish representing 2 families and 3 species. The catch was dominated by Bluegill (77%)
